The photos of my last short cut were lovely, but the daily styling took more effort than expected. This time I am considering a bob and trying to work out which length would be manageable at home. There is a natural bend around my jawline, which makes very sleek reference pictures difficult for me to interpret. I saved a page while searching for blonde bob and would use it as a starting point for comparing outlines. Keeping my current colour would make it easier to judge the length without getting distracted by a different shade. A front view alone seems insufficient; I would also want a side view and an idea of the back. Before booking, I plan to ask the stylist how each option behaves after air drying with very little product. The most striking reference is not necessarily my first choice if maintaining it would take more time than I have. What would you ask at the consultation to distinguish a manageable bob from one that depends on daily styling?
